Meet Our Sponsor

NASCO Celebrating over 60 years of Service!

NASCO was started in 1941 by a vocational agriculture teacher. He developed several teaching aids to use in his vocational agriculture classes…teaching aids that were not readily available from any other source. This simple act of filling a classroom need with an appropriate product was to become a way of life for NASCO in years to come.

NASCO’s 21 different catalogs offer over 65,000 unique products to meet the needs of teachers in 14 different educational subject areas, farmers and ranchers, and industry. In addition to serving customers in all 50 states, NASCO’s unique blend of products for education, health care, agriculture, and industry appeals to customers in over 100 countries. Our mission is to provide customers with the best in quality, personal service, and affordably priced products. NASCO’s mail-order catalogs offer a convenient, inexpensive way for individuals in education, health care, agriculture, and industry to shop for the items they need.

With our two divisions located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and Modesto, California, we have a combined staff of over 500 people working year-round to serve you. Our phone center operators and customer service representatives are proud to provide you with friendly service. The goal of our warehouse and shipping departments is prompt, accurate shipping worldwide. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, or your money back!

Combined Goals-Our Relationship
NASCO and Project InSECT have teamed up together to promote the importance of art and science education. We would like to thank NASCO for providing Project InSECT with hands on scientific equipment for our visitors to utilize and enjoy. Please visit the NASCO website to see the tons of educational activities and products they have available. We thank you for your support and learning endeavors.

An Interesting Fact
Once upon a time, when James was a youngster living in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, he would go out collecting leopard frogs for NASCO and receive a whopping $1.00 a piece for them. This was big money for a kid back then, however sometimes he would find himself distracted by looking for bugs instead. Some things never change.
